Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Our standard base rate is $50 for the first 15 miles then mileage calculated based on location and adjusted accordingly.

Do you require a deposit to book balloon services?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to setup. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
What happens if it rains or my outdoor event is canceled?
If weather impacts your outdoor balloon setup, we’ll work with you to reschedule or modify your balloon decor. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable. Contact us to discuss your options.
